Synchronized Bath Remodels

Hyannis Project - Downstairs Bath
The custom vanity was made by Corsi and finished with a Brandywine cherry color. The countertop was custom created out of limestone. All are from E.F. Winslow. The traditional ‘onion lamp’ sconces are from Granite City in South Yarmouth. Custom painting was done Jenny Fragosa, a Cape Cod artist.

Hyannis Project – Downstairs Bath
The exquisitely detailed fixtures and sink in the downstairs bath are called ‘Close Reach’ from Kohler. These were also supplied by E.F. Winslow Design Studio.

Yarmouth Project – Downstairs Bath
The space-saving vessel sink is a ‘Bateau Lavatory’ from Kohler and the faucets are from Grohe. All are from The Portland Group in Framingham.

Yarmouth Project – Master Bath
The Jacuzzi was saved from the original bath, but Home Improvement Specialists custom built a new deck for it out of marine board and mahogany. The marble tile surround is called ‘Crema Marfil’ and was custom ordered from Spain by Sudbury Granite & Marble.
